Youth


4th, 5th, 6th Grade Group

Who: Students in 4th, 5th, and 6th grades and their families.
What: Group is organized for monthly fellowship events planned for youth with their families.
When: Events are planned for the entire year in September for the upcoming year. Events are scheduled once a month and publicized by parents through the church office.

Confirmation

Who: Students in grades 7-8 and their parents.
What: The goal of becoming a confirmed member is to make the leap from your parents faith to your own, learning what it means to become an adult Christian. This two-year program studies Martin Luther, the catechism, and the old and new testaments. Additional fellowship and servant events as scheduled.
When: Classes are held every Wednesday night from 6:00 - 7:00 pm, September - May
Where: Room 12E

High School Youth Group

Who: Students currently in 9th - 12th grade and their friends.
What: Youth group offers Bible studies, retreats, and fellowship activities regularly for youth to help grou and explore their faith. Every summer a week-long trip is planned. In the summer of 2009 we will be attending the ELCA National Youth Convention in New Orleans.
When: Wednesday nights 7:15 - 8:15 in the Youth room. Other activities as scheduled.

Preschool

Who: Children ages 3-5.
What: This Christian preschool is open to the public. Through a warm and accepting environment, we provide trained teachers showing Christian love so that children can creatively explore their expanding world and set the stage for a life long love of school and learning.
When:

MWF 9:00 - 11:30 am or 12:30 - 3:00 pm (4 year olds)

T/Th 9:00 - 11:30 (3 year olds)
